Worst one I have Used to date
This thing is a disappointment. It is too thin to flip anything with a bit of mass to it. The nylon bends immediately from sitting in a drawer and holds that position. I have tried probably 10 flippers over the last little while and for me, this is the worst. I used to like the Calphalon turners but the edge of the one's I ordered recently have shown splitting very quickly. Ironically, my favorite is the Henkel's silicon spatula and I can't really explain why ... it's too thick, food doesn'...

Another quality OXO product!
