Scale
I needed a little bigger than usual kitchen scale. This one was inexpensive and works well for my canning needs. It's not terribly sturdy looking, but it is accurate (I compared weight with another, better scale) and it does the job. It is sturdier than it looks. I'd recommend it for anyone who needs a biggish but not huge scale in the kitchen.

Scales good for my purposes
The scale is easy to use and seems to be accurate to one ounce. I tested it against several weighed items I had bought at the grocery store and the weights matched exactly. I usually use it for cooking but did use it once to see if a relatively heavy letter was more than one ounce. The scale said it was exactly one ounce and turned out to be right.
