04 Mar 2009 Workhorse I have owned this scale for 3 years. I work in an industrial bakery and had multiple staff use it for weighing the lighter items like spice and salt as well as weighing out batter and small baked goods. I have wiped it down with a wet cloth many times. Most higher priced scales have not lasted as long (usually 3 months).
Drawbacks: The platform is less than 6 inches in diameter.
The numbers are not lit up brightly. Must flip a small switch in back to go from grams to lbs/oz's.

27 Dec 2008 Wonderful scale! I have used this scale almost daily, and once I learned to keep touching it to keep it from turn off, I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

You can tare any size bowl, even a large mixing bowl, with the touch of the button. Just keep adding ingredients, taring between each one, just keep touching it to keep it from turning off, and it works great!

02 Dec 2008 Excellent product My wife and I use this more than I ever imaged. I even use this to determine if I need one stamp or two for postage.
