I have now purchased 3 sets of these. I make all of my one year old's meals and store them in the pyrex because it is safer than plastic. I do not use any plastic now as these glass containers make me feel safe. I even serve all of my child's meals in these and some of my own if they are hot. I believe that these are the safest things in my shelves so I use them for everything. I have had no problems with them and they wash in the dishwasher nicely. A must have for kitchen!
I like this storage set very much. It has all the different sized containers one can possibly need for storing,cooking,reheating food! Lids are bit tight first, but easier to snap on after two,three uses and containers and lids wash like new in the dishwasher.Very good value!

great set but plastic lids do absorb smell
I already had a 10 piece pyrex set, which was working great. I had been watching this item for long time and the price didnt seem to fluctuate a lot!...Hence I just ordered this one. The bowls are all nice sized except for two smallest ones. Anyway, those are still good for storing left overs!
