Product was not what I received
This is the product that i ordered and I understood that it was a compatible cartridge. What I received was a refilled cartridge with no labels and in a generic box. When we tried to use the cartridge, it left marks resembling tire tread on the pages. This cartridge was not usuable and was returned for a refund. The process for returning the cartridge was very detailed and required more time than it should have. I had to go to the Post Office and get a signed receipt. I will never buy from...
