'm a little surprised to read the complaints here. Yes, this gizmo is a bit tricky to set up, BUT <--- and it's a big BUT, when it works, it really does work fine. This ringback thing that one person mention does happen, but alot of this is dependant both on how you set it up, and how quickly you answer. It's gone over my head alot, but the number of rings you hear aren't really the number of rings that are actually happening. The rings you hear are generated by The Stick. So, while you might...

Great product just works in the background and takes care of transfering faxes to the fax machine and if it is a call it lets it ring through to the phone. Works just as it should and takes the guesswork out of whether it is a fax or a call.
