one of my better purchases....
I purchased this desk for my son. I did alot of shopping around the internet for a desk, and this one was exactly what we needed. It has alot of great features. The shelf on the side for the tower is wonderful, it doesnt have to sit on the floor. The shelf on the bottom gives you extra space to put things but it also gives you excellent leg room so your feet have room to extend out. Love the desk...but not the instructions
Desk is just as it looks in the picture - my teenage daughter was able to put it together. Only issue is, the instructions are merely diagrams. The desk (all of the attachments & nails) come with numbers and/or letters on them - this is easy for the large pieces but tricky for the packages of nails because the numbers/letters are on a label near the opening - so be sure to come up with a solution before opening. ok deal, not great
Assembly of the stand was fairly easy although we had to use other larger screws to keep the keyboard ledge from wobbling. The whole stand shakes when you print as well, maybe it's just our printer but we had no problem with the previous stand. The color isn't quite cherry, more of an orange color. But it works and serves it's purpose for now.
