In my opinion the shipping was a little bit late, but when I contacted the seller, he told me that they had problems with his computer and also that he is far away from me, so even though I was eager to receive the Label maker I waited until next week patiently. It was worth to wait....

TERRIBLE battery life; otherwise okay
I have had this unit about 6 months; I have 4 other units in a small office environment. This model has a battery life of about 8-10 labels per 6 AA batteries! Yeah, that's right--after just a few labels, you have to replace all the batteries, or use it with the AC cord. One of the reasons we bought this model is so that we would have more flexibility in moving around the office and going to other locations. Brother PT-2100
We use this label maker at work and so far it's been a reliable workhorse. I see no problem with the quality of the output text - it is clear and sharp and evenly spaced and aligned. This labeler has text and margin setting that you can adjust so that you don't waste tape.
