The box said professional grade... not even home grade.
I shredded about 10 credit card statements in it before it broke. Waited for it to cool down. Still nothing. Something big inside the machine is rattling. I suspect that is not good....

Disapointed
This is a good shredder but don't expect much from it. I been using this for a year now, and it gets jammed and overheats quite often. You get what you pay for. Keep shopping around for a better shredder, though its cheap in the long run a better one will save you money.
