Durable, powerful, reliable
Product delivers on all its specifications. I was especially surprised by how quiet the device is while it is shredding. The unit has plenty of capacity and has a excellent motor (doesn't seem to slow down when shredding ten documents at time). I've had the unit for about a month and so far no problems!...

don't listen to the negative comments on this one!
Maybe there were problems in the past with this shredder, I can't say if there has been any modifications to it. I was leary buying this because of some of the negative reviews but it turns out none of negative reviews appear to be valid any longer. The wheels were a snap putting on (literally 30-45 seconds to do) and the bin closes snuggly and the tab appears to be strong. In a nut shell... I couldn't expect more from a shredder. There were also complaints as how to oil the blades but Fellow...

Ditto to 'Poor Design ... Avoid It!'
I had the same experience that G. Wasiluk did - the safety sensor tab was broken off when I received the product. So, I sent it back to Amazon.com, and got a full refund. I think that because of the flimsiness of this particular part, this product does not fare well during shipping.
