8 sheets?
I guess technically this shredder will handle 8 sheets, but it doesn't like it. When you stick 6-8 sheets of paper in the shredder at one time the motor sounds like it's going to seize.
Not what I expected but doable
The first shredder I got crapped out on me after 3 weeks, I was so disappointed as I researched this shredder and thought it sounded the best for the price and my needs. It claims to shred a max of 8 sheets, thats a lie. It actually only shreds about 4 sheets at a time. Our first shredder died when we put 2 sheets in.
