Keep Away from this Safe
I would think twice before buying this safe. I've had it a year and have always had a problem opening it. I've always had to enter the combination multiple times before I could get it to open. It grew increasing bad, requiring more and more tries until this weekend when it would not open at all. Customer Service is not available on the weekend. I reached them on Monday and their solution was to hit the top and front with a rubber mallet. It opened after entering the combination three times. I ...

Heavy tough & small safe
I couldn't find a good safe locally and I was concerned about ordering a safe online as several reviewers of other safes complained about shipping damage. The seller was quick to respond to my shipping concerns (via email) and was also easy to contact via phone for other worries. My safe arrived in perfect condition despite its ~135lb weight. Good Value
The product arrived very well packed and in perfect working condition. The only negative to the safe I have found is that if you push the keyed lock mechanism into the locked position, you must have the keys available in order to unlock the safe. The safe is more of a two part lock (electronic and keyed); though, you do not have to use the key if the push mechanism is out.
