Uncommon quality
Best mechanical pencil I've ever purchased. Excellent jewel-like metallic blue finish. Everything seems polished and no rough or sharp edges. The pencil is smaller (or more compact)than it appears in the picture on the web site. When left uncapped, the pencil is very small (4-1/4 inches). Best Mechanical Pencil Ever!!
I have used mechanical pencils every day for years (for work). Over the years I have had so many brands, styles, types, etc. You name it. This is by far, the best one.
It feels really good in your hand and the mechanics of the pencil never fails. It is so easy to use and for some reason the lead never breaks like other pencils have. I highly recommend this pencil to anyone, especially someone who, like me, requires heavy use.

The Cadillac/Lamborghini of mechanical pencils
If Cadillac and Lamborghini made writing implements, it would be this pencil. The Sharp Kerry is simply the best mechanical pencil I have ever used. As a teacher it is important that I always have something with which to write. Because of the cap design I can carry this in my pocket without fear of jabbing my leg. Indestructible, it has been to Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Alaska, Europe and an expedition on Mt. Rainier. Truly the best.
