My 4th grader loves to review her math facts this way. Much more fun than a worksheet. The only drawback might be that you could easily pick out the correct answer when there are only a few choices, even if you might not be able to say the correct answer without looking at the choices. For this reason, I would use them just as review/reinforcement, and not rely completely on them to assess whether a child really knows the facts.
