Too bad
I ordered a new battery, but got a battery that couldn't even handle a ten minute call after it was fully charged. I had to replace my "new" battery with my old one. (Thank god I didn't toss the old one). So, I can't prove they sent me a used battery, perhaps it was just defective, but.. In my case? The product sucked. Not that yours will, but mine did. And to be clear, I didn't offer them the chance to make things right, I didn't want to waste my time and money sending the item back to wait for...
