Excellent Help for a multi-tasking job
The Plantronics S11 corded headset is a real Godsend for a job that requires heavy phone usage. Gives you the ability to use both hands, and the sound is very clear. I have had no complaints from anyone I've talked to while using it. A cordless gives you greater mobility,yes, but for the price (especially at Amazon), you can't beat it!
