Looks can be deceiving
As good as this phone looks in pictures and even in real life, it has tremendous problems. The biggest one has to be the price. (Even if a phone is worth the $110, it better be the best damn phone you ever own; which this one isn't.) --Turns out I should've done my homework. There are way cheaper phones with headsets that work as speakerphones.-- After only 1.5 years, the headset's battery died on me. RCA ViSys is top of the lan line
I have been looking for something like this. I ordered it and wonder how I managed with out it. Oh yea there is blue tooth which is great, but heck I like having a Lan line and being hands free. When working from home I would use my cell, and cordless, sometimes my princess dial...Yikes.
I ended up with a kink in my neck and my battery wore down after one 60 minute meeting. Now with my new RCA ViSys the headset has a battery and so does the phone. Nice I do not have any trouble walking...

Warranty honored promptly
I haven't had any of the "flimsiness" or "echo" problems mentioned by others, and I do use the phone daily (but not for 4 hours at a time).
The wireless nature of the headset allows me to use both hands to find material while still talking. I love it that I can walk around while talking, even going to another floor to get a cup of coffee. I haven't had the nerve to go to the bathroom while on the phone, however.
