Wonderful phone
This has been the best phone system I have ever had. The batteries were not hard to replace, I believe Radio Shack got them for me. My #1 button never had a problem. My only fault I found in them is not being able to turn off the ringer, I had to take the battery out in the AM. I love this system!
We've had this phone system for about 4 years, and it fits our business perfectly! However, there is a known problem with the "1" on the extention sets not working after awhile, and one of ours is like that. You have to punch the 1 several times before it acknowledges. There is no beep or tone until it works.... Other than that one problem the system is great. We have the 2-line system, so we can have one message for incoming calls on the business line and a personal greeting for the home line. ...

Found a solution for the #1 problem
This phone system is not bad for the price and the fact that installation and complex wiring is completely unnecessary. A voice mail alone for a phone system can run $1000 to $5000 alone. The voice mail in this system is not the greatest but beats a regular answering machine in many ways. The biggest problem with these phones is the keypad.
