great phone - does exactly what it says

better than regular phone, but still needs improvement
Helped reduce international phone bills, and the voice is better, however - somewhat problematic to the average multi-tasker: it doesn't have a ear-set inlet/outlet, and is not comfortable to hold on the shoulder (when both hands are occupied.... e.g. for cooking, why? what did you think?!). Also, if the phone is "hanging" between ear and shoulder, the voice reception quality is tampered.
