Overall pretty good
The iPod fits nicely and it is comfortable on the arm (you forget it's there after a while). The only problem is that the outside wheel doesn't always line up perfectly with the iPod wheel, so sometimes it's hard to use the volume controls or change settings on the iPod while it's in the arm band....

good product, just a little bulky
The armband and belt clip work very well. They are also very secure and protect your ipod well when working out. The only negative is it is a little bit bulky.
