Simple, fast, and most importantly it works!
I live about 21.4 miles from the TV towers according to antennaweb.org. I was skeptical at first because they suggested purchasing one size bigger than specified. Anyways, I wanted to try our the HDTVO after reading all the good reviews and I'm glad that i bought this. My rabbit ears picked up 3 channels (2 from nbc and one i dont remember). After mounting this on my rooftop, I just pointed toward the picture from antennaweb and voila! My first scan was without the amplifier and got 29 chann...

Terk HDtv Antenna Amplified
I bought this product primarily to receive a 40+ mile distant VHF HD ABC station (rated blue for my location by antennaweb.org) that I could not get with my old antenna (a very small, outdoor, omni-directional, UHF antenna) but also to hopefully receive other stations in the blue rating. The antenna picks up the VHF ABC HD signal well. The ABC station has about a 30 degree separation from the other stations in my area and the antenna still picks it up in a compromise direction about 25 degrees...

worthless
I live in the center of a large metropolitan area but needed better reception for my tv. After a lot of time spent installing the Terk HDtv Amplified Antenna near the top roofline of my house and using a high grade coaxial cable to connect it to the tv I discovered that my indoor rabbit ears antenna gave me better reception that the Terk.
