Junk This item lasted about one year before the screen went black. It costs as much to fix it as it does to replace it. Save your money for a decent TV.... –Budfrom Amazon.com

Funai pretends to care about customer satisfaction My daughter asked me to find a reasonably priced HD/SD/NTSC TV for college. I did a search and found this sylvania. Problems from the onset...the remote died 3 hours after use. I called and it took 6 to 8 weeks to receive a replacement. I probably could have lived with this but there is more. A week later (after the remote died) the LCD screen developed problems. It took two weeks for it to be picked up and then when I called for status they said another 6 to 8 weeks. Beautiful quality at a decent price I received almost the same TV but in a larger screen size as a Christmas present, so when I needed to add a second TV for my bedroom I went with the same brand. Very nice picture, decent sound, reliable. –Misty Desireefrom Amazon.com
