picture quality is excellent. sharp is an innovator in lcd technology and is well worth comparing to samsung or sony. it is a beautiful set and the built in blu-ray makes for less clutter. plenty of inputs and outputs. would recommend to friend....

Very happy with recent purchase of the Sharp Aquos 52 inch HDTV. The quality of the picture is excellent. The biggest problem was getting the satellite hook up for HD, after that hurdle, it has really been enjoyable watching TV. Haven't tried the blu-ray player yet, but the satellite installer was impressed with it. This is our first HDTV so we are still exploring all the features. The shipping from Amazon was very quick. We were a bit nervous ordering the TV online without actually seeing ...
