The first Haier boombox we ordered did not work. We shipped the product back at our expense plus ins. We contacted Etronics the distributor of the problem. They sent back another boombox that had the same problem as the first one. The TV did not work and the unit would not charge. Once again we contacted Haier of the problem. They said they would send a new battery pack. They did. It was the wrong one. We then returned the box at Etronic's expense and are waiting for our refund. The ent...

Didn't work
Unit seemed like a nice idea since it has many functions, but I found that none of them worked that well. The CD/DVD player repeated failed to load disks but would work eventually and was getting better the more we tried discs in it. One DVD with no scratches would skip every few seconds while all the others I tried worked fine. The speakers were not very good given the price of the unit.
