IR - poor customer service?
I'm strongly considering buying this item, sadly not from amazon because their price is MUCH higher than places such as tsc. Anyway, one of the big reason for my decision to buy this unit is the company IR, IR is basically air compressors, but now I'm much more doubtful based on a customer review for tyhis item that's apparently listed as another product.
