30 Mar 2009 Why didn't I get one sooner? I was facing a huge amount of nailing for a renovated dining room that was to have chair, crown and panel moldings as well as new 5" base boards and new window moldings. I'm a practiced woodworker but have never been any good at hand driving nails. The amount of work in front of me would have required renting a compressor, nailer and brad nailer on at least two different weekends. 31 Jan 2009 Great Package - no regrets The Dewalt Combo pack is a good deal!
I am currently building an addition on my house, and the compressor and nail guns have seen alot of use already. Very pleased with the nail guns, they are light weight, easy to handle and load - AND HAVEN'T JAMMED even once, and I've shot thousands of nails with them!
The compressor does the job OK, but it does start up frequently to keep the tank charged. It is hwvr well suited for these finish nailers,but I think it would struggle to run a framing na... –N. Kotsovolosfrom Amazon.com
06 Jan 2009 Excellent All Around This is my first air compressor but I have had the privilege of using many different portable air compressors (most of them Porter Cable) and this is my favorite. I originally bought this set with general carpentry projects in mind, and I am very glad I did.

Air Compressor Pros:
1. Fills quickly.
2. 2 hose connections are very helpful
3. Metal plate on top protects the motor.
4. Stands up on back for storage so it takes up less floor space.
