Bad company policy when things go wrong!
Don't buy this drill! Once the battery doesn't charge anymore, (mine went in less than a year) the company doesn't sell any replacement batteries. You end up being stuck with a power tool that's worthless.
Great little drill!
I bought this drill for my mom, who is by no means a super-handy-woman, but she has enough projects around the house that she wanted a drill. She already had the Barbara K toolkit, which she loved, so it made sense to buy her this drill. I helped her try it out the other day, and it's very cool - intuitive to use, the battery charges pretty quickly, and the ability to take the big battery off and clip it to your belt is very nice for someone who has slightly less strength than your average drill...
