Nice set
I'm an avid DIY'er. I bought this set to replace a cheapo 14.4v Skil NiCad drill (which still works, but is really underpowered). I bought the set for the impact driver, but I used the drill with a 2" holesaw and it didn't bog down. The used the impactor to hang some strapping to my red oak and chestnut floor joists. It drove a couple dozen 2" screws without difficulty. I don't know if this set would be good for someone who makes their living with their tools, but they definitely suit my ne...

Great buy for the money
Have had the combo kit for about a month and both tools work fine. Neither tool has been put through a heavy test so far. I did check the trueness of the drill chuck and it was right on the money. For what I would have payed at most places for just the drill I got both tools with batteries and a case. It was a no brainer. They are very light and comfortable to use. How they hold up over the long haul is hard to tell. But again, for the price I am very satisfied.
