Product failed - warranty useless
Unit failed almost immediately, was unable to drive 3" wood screws into fir 2X4's. Returned to local Makita warranty center, took 5 months to repair. The center then lost all my warranty papers, bills of sale, etc., and now I have no warranty at all. Unit still doesn't work (doesn't appear any repairs were made), and now no warranty. A VERY expensive lesson.

Junk
Had this driver drove 17 6" screws. Then it quit stripped out or something, sent back for repair which took 2 weeks. Got the Driver back drove 6 screws, broke again. I'm calling Makita Monday morning.
THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT FROM MAKITA!
