Defective product
Looking at other raving reviews, I tried this shears - Twice. The first I received had the last couple of inches not closing - so will not cut properly. I thought it might be an odd one out - so I returned and asked for a replacement. When I got the replacement, it had the same problem. The last one inch or so of the shears will not close - I find it hard to believe that thats the standard design. What purpose could this possibily achieve. I lose the ability to nip small twigs as the tips do not...
