Not reliable, all parts not available
I have the 15.5 ft, heavy duty model. This ladder started out great. Within 8-10 uses it did not open and close very well. The ladder would not lock properly without effort to make sure each pin was properly seated. My real problem came after about 20 uses when one of the locking mechanisms came apart. The leg will no longer lock at all. The company does not offer a replacement for this part (even though it is easily removed), therefore I am stuck with an almost new ladder that I can't use. I th...

The Best Latter ever!!!
I bought this latter a few years ago after seeing a home inspector use it. The latter is AMAZING!! Very compact, easy to use, saves all hastles of a large latter. I am in the pest control industry and this latter is esenchial to my business!!

These ladders are absolutely wonderful. A 12 ladder that can easily fit in the trunk of any car (even my SI hatchback). What I love most about this ladder is that you can take it in places bigger ladders can not go, and then extend it to get where you need to be.
