Poor performance-three units
I have had two DigiRoller Plus II units. I have had problems with both. The first malfunctioned while still under warranty. I return the unit (at my expense) for repair. That unit functions for about six or seven months, and then it failed to operate again. It was out of warranty, so I bought another one. That unit functioned for a little over a year and it failed to operate. I sent it back to Calculated Industries (CI) for repair. That cost me shipping plus about $70 for the repair. That uni...

Product is good; seler sent it broken
I ordered two measuring wheels. The proce was good and the product is good, but the seller sent one that was not assembled properly. Rather than send a new one and a return box and shipping credit, they expected me to return the poorly assembled product at MY cost and THEN get a new one.
