We used this miter saw to do crown molding in 5 rooms. It was great. The exact angle (~31 degrees) for inside corners has its own notch, just for crown molding. Lots of options with beveling and mitering angles.

The dust bag is a nice feature. I'd guess it catches 75% of the dust.

TIP: I highly recommend practicing on spare pieces first and making yourself inside and outside corner templates.... –M. G. Laplantefrom Amazon.com
18 Jan 2009 Awesomeness!!! I could not be happier with my experience in purchasing this item online! I thought that perhaps it would take forever to get here but it made it to my in 3 days! (including a weekend)!!!
It got here in time for Christmas and my husband was elated with his present! This was delivered right to my doorstep and in perfect condition! No bumps or bruises and my husband loves it!

12 Oct 2008 Best 10" Saw period. I purchased the factor reconditioned version of this product and was amazed that when I unpacked it the saw didn't even look like it was used. It came in a brown box but when opened you would have thought it was a brand new saw. I have owned 3 other miter saws, Craftsman, Hitachi and Makita and far and away this one is better.
