Perfect gift
This is the second Fein MultiMaster 250Q that I've purchased. The first was for one of my son-in-laws for Christmas. He's has his own handyman business and he absolutely loves this tool, therefore, when it was my other son-in-law's birthday I ordered one for him, also. They are both very happy with this multi-tasking tool....

This tool eats cutters some of which cost $50-$100 to replace and didn't even last for one job. There are no generic replacements and original equipment is extremely over priced.

Good plunge cutting tool
This tool is good at cutting. Plunge cuts that requires precision, drywall jobs, fiber glass shower stall work etc. I'm not really impressed with the sanding option though. The grout and thinset removal blade is so useful. If you need to replace just one or two tiles from the others, this is the perfect tool. But I use the cutting blade most of time.
