Queen Amidala Has Always Been Pathetic; No Exceptions Here
This is definitely one of the worst--if not THE worst--Legancy/Evolutions three-packs. First of all, the Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith versions are basically blocks. Sure, the skirts are hollowed out on the inside, but the legs do not move (RotS version's legs aren't even separated). Head movement is really restricted due to long hair-molds on the two figures.
