05 Feb 2009 Super cool ride...lot's of fun and easy to build The K'nex "Sawblade" is one of the better kits in my opinion. It's well designed and not too complicated to build and enjoy, but you will need a bit of patience...but it's well worth it. It's a great "rainy weekend" project with your child. It's looks super cool when finished and runs well. We've had a lot of compliments on it from our neighbors. I'd recommend it highly to anyone who likes building toys and learning. –Paul W. 28 Jan 2009 Fun project with your kids I put this together with my 4 and 6 year old boys.
The complexity of building it was over their heads, but they handled the repetitive assemblies once you showed them how to do it.
The best part was sharing the experience of building it with them.
Color coding in the instructions was off, making it a little difficult to understand which pieces to use, but not to bad.
