Read before getting this toy
This was a waste of my money, the pen after one minute of playing/use went bad. I still don't know who to contact on this. My daughter was so disappointed, expecially since it was a christmas toy. She's maybe thinking that Santa sent her a bad toy.

Fun but improvements can be made
My daughter received this product for her 6th birthday. She absolutly loves it. sure, this product can use some improvements. the pen can be sturdier but it worked well for us. there weren't enough beads to make all the designs that this kit came with. the directions did not suggest drying time after running the fan to dry. we learned that we really had to wait another few hours before it dried completely to pick up from the tray without falling apart.
