This version of Optimus is one of the better ones that I have seen in a long time. I think this figure is from the War Within series, set well before the G1 cartoons when the Autobots and Decepticons are still on Cybertron.

Not bad, and a good look for a young Optimus
This version of Optimus Prime is from the "War Within" storyline featured in the comic books. It is representative of Optimus Prime as he was when he was a much younger Autobot just given the leadership role on Cybertron.
