We purchased the Radio Flyer wagon for our twin grandaughter & grandson's 1st birthday. The wagon arrived the day we were told it would, and it was in excellent condition. No dents, or scratches! The carton was delivered with a hole in it, but no problem with the wagon. The quality is terrific.
