25 Apr 2009 durable and fun My daughter has rammed this thing into everything, and it keep tickin'. And thankfully, doesn't do any damage to the table, the wall, or the couch. 15 Mar 2009 With sand in the base... Although we didn't purchase this cart from amazon (not worth the extra money with shipping and handling expenses), I would like to say that it's an excellent walking toy for our almost 15 month old. We followed a previous reviewer's advice and took out the plug to fill the base with sand. It's perfect for our tall son to push around with enough resistance that it doesn't get away from him the way so many walkers do. 13 Feb 2009 Easy to assemble, fun for all ages Both my 1 year old and 6 year old use this durable, classic grocery cart. It does not tip over easily and works well on all types of surfaces. It took my about 5 minutes to assemble. I like these kind of toys because they inspire imaginative play, unlike more commercial toys which only function for a certain age/gender. With this, we play grocery store or shopping and I can teach my 6 year old about money and quiz him on how to make change in a play environment--he gets to learn by playing.
