Poor quality
I bought 2 of them to play with my girl friend.
After a week and not more than 5 sessions, one of the pad has already problems... Arrows wouldn't detect when I press them and would detect when I don't press them. Very annoying...
For that price I'm not really want to return it to have a new one.

Slips a lot
It's definitely NOT non-slip. Slips a lot, actually. Use something like duct tape or something to hold it in place. I guess it wouldn't slip so much if your center of gravity stays center. It doesn't slip too much when playing light-mode songs. It'll starts slipping when I played more intensive standard-mode songs.
The sensitivity of the buttons are okay. I don't have to stomp too hard, but it's definitely not comparable to the ones at the arcade.

Pretty good
Pads work fine, though, one seems to have the "Up" arrow not only being the up arrow on the pad, but the middle section too, which causes you to accidentally up your difficulty, but, ultimately, the play experience is still fun.
A bit weird, not perfect, but still good enough.
