Average headset
I was excited to get a Plantronics headset, reading about their typical quality they normally produce. I was sort of let down. On the plus side, it is not as uncomfortable as I have read in other reviews. Audio can be heard clearly through the earpiece. The 3.5mm jack fits but loosely into the Xbox controller. However the microphone was the problem. It is supposed to have some sort of noise-canceling feature built-in. But when I would speak into the microphone on Xbox Live, my friends cla...

excelent product
this thing is great, it's soft so it wont hurt your ears, sound comes in loud and cristal clear. would be better if it was wireless but i love it still. wouldn't trade it for any other headset.
The big one
This product is amazing. I find myself wearing it even if I have no one to talk to over the internet. It picks up sound from almost anywhere in the room; so make sure you don't have company over. The volume control on it is awsome and so is the feature that allows the user to turn it off with unplugging it from the control to talk to someone without everyone listening in. What a find.
