Decent Racing Sim
Bought this game after playing the demo. At $[...] I think it was a good buy. The game play is somewhat challenging and gets much harder as you turn up the difficulty. As far as realism, I couldn't say for sure since I don't ride but it does get touch. Acceleration, front and rear brakes, leaning, tucking, etc.
Quite disappointed
I'd say my disappointment in this game has more to do with my lack of patience than anything. I just don't think a game should have a several hour learning curve. The training and tutorial modes are good enough to get you up and running but there's no way you could just pick up this game for the first time having little or no experiance with MC racer games and do well.
great racing, poor graphics.
This game, like the rest of the motogp series is a great representation (as far as video games go) of what it is like to ride a motorcycle on a track. It very well demonstrates the need to become familiar with the individual courses (which are well done), and gives a somewhat accurate representation of the handling dynamics of a genuine track motorcycle (best offering yet). The game is realistic enough to show the glaring differences between a rider with track experience and one without.| elapsed time: | 29.3ms |
