Great game Bad translation
I have played this game on the PC before i bought it for the XBox360, and i must say i am dissapointed at the translation from PC to console. the interface prior to starting the game is "whack", hard to tell which race or team you pick if you are not 100% into the LotR series i guess. only supports 4 teams on Console Versus 8 on PC which takes the epic battle you would expect to a lower level. the game is not bad at all, just dissappointed a bit at how easy they seemed to have made it on themsel...

Best RTS for the XBox 360
This is a great RTS - and almost as good as the PC version. The battles look and sound really great in Hi-Def on the big screen.

Close notch RTS, closer to 4,5 stars though.
Everyone compares this game to CC3, to me they aren't in the same ballpark. Being a huge fan I was completely sucked into the story and really felt like a part of something. I had the feeling that if I lost the battles, Middle Earth would fall to the Dark Lord Sauron. In CC3, I never really got into the odd story. It does a much better job with the different units and other features. Although, I do believe that CC3 is way more polished, has better graphics, and is overall more refined than LOTR ...
