We always verify the price at the merchant's web page, before we send you email. This double-checking ensures that when the price alert arrives in your inbox, the product really is for sale at that price. StreetPrices is the only shopping search engine that does this, and we've been doing it since 2003.
You choose a minimum merchant grade. If you really want the rock-bottom price, you can monitor prices at all merchants. If you want to be sure of good customer service, you can monitor prices at A-rated merchants only. Only StreetPrices lets you choose a minimum merchant grade with your price alert.
New items only? You got it. Some of the best deals are on refurbished or open-box items... but not everyone wants to buy refurb. If you want it new, just click "new only". We'll send you email only when a brand new one matches your price.
We make it easy to manage your price alerts. When you're looking at a product, you can see its price alerts, cancel them, and add new ones. Or you can see all your price alerts in myStreetprices. Only StreetPrices makes managing your price alerts so quick and easy.
StreetPrices was the first site to offer price alerts, way back in 1998. We've been verifying prices at the merchant's web page since 2003, something no other shopping engine does today. Since then, we've released additional improvements: setting a minimum merchant grade, choosing new or refurbished products, and easy-to-use price alert management tools.
You can set a price alert in seconds. Every product's page has an add price alert link right under the graph:
Setting a price alert is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Click the add price alert link and a box will pop up.
2. Fill in your buying price. If you want, you can also choose a different store rating, or tell us you want alerts for new products only. (If you don't have an account, you'll also need to fill in your email address.)
3. Hit alert me to save your alert.
We'll confirm that your price alert has been saved — the grey box will disappear and you'll see your price alert listed right under the graph.
You'll see your price alert whenever you visit this product's page. You can have as many alerts as you want, and you can cancel them at any time.
Best of all, your email address is safe with us. We use your email only for the price alert; you will not be put on any mailing lists.
If you want to see all your price alerts at once, visit your myStreetprices page and click on price alert. You'll see every product where you have a price alert, and we even include graphs so you can see the price trends at a glance. Each product will look like this:
